Classic Leather Inc. was founded in 1966 by Thomas H. Shores Sr. in Hickory, NC. Over 280 skilled craftspeople from this region apply time-honored techniques to build each piece by hand to your specifications. Vertical integration of our manufacturing in Hickory ensures consistency in all aspects of our furniture.
For over 50 years, they have devoted themselves to the manufacturing process and quality of leather upholstery. In those 50+ years, some manufacturing processes have evolved except one.
